PhD in Anthropology from the University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad. Before joining NIEPA, she worked at the Centre for Public Policy, Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore. She has published in journals of international repute and presented papers at national and international conferences. Her areas of interest include School Culture, Quality, Low Fee Private Schools, Equity in Education, Innovation and Change in Public Systems.
