• This is a very nice program, and we have learned a lot. We learned how to discover, design, develop and create in this program. I would like to suggest that such programs should be organized in future to make the KGBV wardens skilled.

• This training program taught us how to provide safety and security to girls in KGBVs. This program helped us understand the basic dietary and nutritional needs of the girls and made us capable of taking care of them.

• This training program was very good. It was participative in nature, which made it one of its kind. This is the first time we have attended such a great training program.

• We enjoyed this training a lot. We learned new techniques and innovative skills. My suggestion is that these types of programs should be conducted in future also, particularly for KGBV teachers and wardens.

Additionally, we learned about fund utilisation and digital record- keeping, skills that will be incredibly useful moving forward.

• This master training program allows us to empower both wardens and the girls at KGBV. The ICT tools have been presented in a way that makes them easily understandable for the wardens. • This program was organized by MoE and NIEPA. Throughout the training, all the trainers focused on activity-based learning, ensuring that there was never a dull moment. The program encouraged equal participation and engagement from everyone involved. Personally, I gained a great deal of knowledge from this training experience.

• This training program was a whole new learning experience for us as we learned through activities. It will foster a positive learning environment in the future when we teach this to the wardens. I would like to suggest that before we begin the activity, we should first communicate its content. Best wishes to NIEPA.

• We got to know new things in the training, like in the socio-economic session, we learned to pay attention to the behavior of the children, the safety and security problems they might be facing and how to resolve them. The financial management session was also very important because the wardens are usually not empowered about budgeting, and they may face many difficulties. We were constantly being given tips and feedback, and observations were being made throughout the session. My suggestion is that the module is very heavy, they need to be summarized a bit, and some sessions are similar, they need to be clubbed.

• I found this training program to be unique and impactful. We were actively engaged and involved in the monitoring process. Additionally, the training effectively highlighted the skills and potential of both the wardens and the girls.

• I learnt a lot from this training, and I hope it serves as a valuable resource that shapes the future of every girl. My takeaway from this training is to empower my district officers in Telangana.

• The financial utilization, fund management, and ICT sessions were very useful. Before this training, I only knew a few things about computers, but here I learned how to send emails, prepare cashbooks, and work on Excel sheets.

• This training is very crucial as the wardens will upgrade themselves and make corrections to past mistakes. What I liked most is that all the trainers ensured active participation from everyone.

• I learned about the KGBV budget system, finances, and social-emotional development of students. I will implement all the learnings in different districts of Telangana.

• A financial expert in Financial Management and Fund Utilisation sessions would help wardens clear budget-related doubts more effectively.

• The training was entirely activity-based with energizers and group work, making learning enjoyable and stress-free.

• In these five days, we learned many new concepts. I am thankful to MoE and the State of Gujarat for giving me this opportunity to enhance my skills.
