Welcome to the official portal of the Training Programme for Empowering Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) Wardens. This programme is a national initiative aimed at enhancing the leadership and managerial skills of KGBV wardens to foster inclusive, safe, and empowering residential schools for adolescent girls from marginalised backgrounds.

Led by the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), with the support of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, this capacity-building programme includes curriculum development, structured training, participatory learning, and a strong monitoring framework.
