• We got to know new things in the training, like in the socio-economic session, we learned to pay
attention to the behavior of the children, the safety and security problems they might be facing and
how to resolve them. The financial management session was also very important because the wardens are
usually not empowered about budgeting, and they may face many difficulties. We were constantly being
given tips and feedback, and observations were being made throughout the session. My suggestion is
that the module is very heavy, they need to be summarized a bit, and some sessions are similar, they
need to be clubbed.
