Awadhesh Sahu

Awadhesh Sahu is a Computer Programmer at the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), Government of India, and also holds additional charge for providing IT support to the National Centre for School Leadership (NCSL) and the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) Wardens’ Training Programme.

He has strong professional experience as a Full Stack Web Developer and Programmer, with 7–8 years of industry exposure in IT companies and development environments. His expertise includes designing and developing responsive, secure, and user-centric web solutions for institutional platforms and high-impact digital systems designed for academic and administrative workflows.

With strong expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular, and jQuery, and backend programming including C, C++, C#, ASP.NET, PHP, Python, Java, and R, he also has advanced proficiency in databases like SQL Server and MySQL. His experience spans working with a wide range of development tools, frameworks, content management systems, and custom-built solutions to create scalable applications and optimize platforms for performance, security, and reliability.

He holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad, a M.Sc. in Information Technology, and MBA in IT & HR, along with a PG Diploma in Cyber Law. He also holds certifications in Java, Python, Web Designing, Data Science, and SQL, reflecting his strong technical foundation and commitment to continuous learning.

In addition to his core responsibilities at NIEPA, Awadhesh contributes to major institutional initiatives by managing IT operations, supporting digital platforms, and delivering technology-driven solutions that strengthen leadership development, capacity-building, and program digitalization under the Ministry of Education.
