Dr. Manvendra Tripathi
Dr. Manvendra Tripathi is an emerging academician and researcher in the field of Education, with a strong foundation in research, pedagogy, and educational policy. He currently serves as a Senior Project Consultant (Training) in the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) Warden Training Project at the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), New Delhi , where he contributes to capacity building and training initiatives aligned with contemporary educational reforms.
He was awarded his Ph.D. in Education in February 2026 , with a research focus on blended learning approaches at the higher secondary level. His doctoral study examined students’ attitudes toward blended learning in relation to learning styles, interests, and learning satisfaction, based on extensive field data collected from both rural and urban schools. His work demonstrates strong expertise in educational research methodologies and statistical analysis using SPSS.
Dr. Tripathi qualified NET-JRF (Education) in 2019 , reflecting his academic excellence and research aptitude. He has made significant scholarly contributions through multiple publications in UGC-CARE listed and peer-reviewed journals. His research areas include blended learning, Indian Knowledge Systems, ICT in inclusive education, and the socio-cultural dimensions of education. He has also presented papers at national seminars and conferences, including at NIEPA, addressing themes such as decentralization in education governance and the impact of modern education on Indian culture.
In addition, Dr. Tripathi has contributed chapters to edited academic volumes focusing on online teaching challenges and value-based education, demonstrating his engagement with contemporary educational issues.
His technical proficiency includes Microsoft Office tools and data analysis software. With strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a commitment to educational advancement, Dr. Tripathi continues to contribute meaningfully to research, policy, and practice in the Indian education system.
