Dr. Kumar Gaurav

Dr. Kumar Gaurav is a Project Coordinator under the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) Warden Training Project at the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA).

He holds a PhD in Management from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad. He is also UGC-NET qualified.

His professional journey includes roles such as Deputy Advisor for the Unit for International Cooperation at NIEPA, where he advised the Ministry of Education on the internationalization of higher education. He also has experience as an HR Manager, Freelance Business Advisor, and Web Developer.

A prolific researcher, Dr. Gaurav has published in several high-index international journals, presented at various academic conferences, and authored books. His research interests include tribal and marginalized entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, socio-economic development, and public policy. He also serves as a reviewer for multiple Web of Science and Scopus-indexed journals.
