Dr. N. K. Mohanty has a PhD in Economics from IIT Roorkee, Uttarakhand. He is Assistant Professor in the DEP. He specializes in economics of education, decentralized planning ineducation, strategic planning, manpower planning, project planning, quantitative techniques and forecasting methods. He has authored/co-authored two books and published several research papers articles in national and international journals of repute.
