She is Associate Professor at the Department of Educational Planning and Faculty-In charge for the National Centre for School Leadership (NCSL) at National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA). Possessing a Master's degree in Physics and Education, coupled with a Ph.D. in Education, Dr. Mishra has eighteen years of diverse and enriching experience in the field. She embarked on her academic journey as a distinguished faculty member at the Department of Education, Dr. B.A.M. University, Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. Dr. Mishra's research interests encompass educational psychology, educational planning, and the enhancement of the teaching-learning process.
